This is by far the best Indian restaurant around Shields, Tynemouth, Whitley by a country Mile. Only issue is that if you like an alcoholic drink with ya fud you've gotta take ur own. As I prefer coke with a meal fine for me. Honestly the more expensive likes of Shampan, Gulshaan etc are bland in comparison. Chrz Raj, ya fud is top notch.

Went in for a curry last night and could not fault the service from the staff. So friendly and welcoming and gave us complementary popadoms and were extremely attentive. The food was delicious, will definitely be back! :)

Had some wonderful food here last night lamb Kathi gosht, chicken Shash lick, tarka dhal, and nan, service was excellent too by (mo) the waiter. Take your own drink too.its better than the Gulshan in Tynemouth and cheaper. Definitely return !!!

Another top notch meal been twice in last week once in large group and then just 2 of us. Both meals excellent reasonable prices nice staff nice setting. Bring you own booze is good too.

Good food good veggie options will do some of the sides as a main if requested. I had the mattar paneer as a main, was delish the chana masala was the highlight though , onion rice was good too ! Garlic chips were lush!

Been getting takeaways from here for a while, so it was nice to eat in now it has reopened the restaurant. As usual the food was top notch, with a nice complimentary starter of poppadoms and dips. Great bonus of BYOB so saving a fair bit of overall. Service prompt and the venue very smart. Good to have another eat in option in Shields.

Aramee is a beautiful place, it is a hidden gem in North Shields. They serve amazing food and they are so polite and attentive. It is never super busy and so you are unlikely to not get a seat! I usually have honey chicken but the staff are more than happy to help you pronounce some of the harder words on the menu!
